Visa for entrepreneurs and investors (E2)

Visa for Professional Entrepreneurs with Extraordinary Abilities (EB-1): This is an Immigrant visa that allows for permanent residence. The applicant must demonstrate that he/she is part of a small percentage of the population with extraordinary abilities in the areas of science, art, business, sports, education. It does not require a job offer or employer.

Extraordinary Ability Visa (O1-A): This is a nonimmigrant visa that allows permanent residence. The O visa is for a person who possesses extraordinary ability in the field of science, arts, education, business or athletics, or has a demonstrated record of extraordinary achievement in the motion picture or television industry and has received national or international recognition for those achievements.

Temporary Foreign Agricultural Worker (H-2A) Visa: The H2-A visa allows U.S. companies to bring citizens of other countries to the United States to perform temporary agricultural work for which U.S. workers are not available.

NAFTA (TN) Visa: The North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) creates special economic and trade relationships for the United States, Canada and Mexico. The NAFTA Nonimmigrant Professional (TN) visa allows citizens of Canada and Mexico, as NAFTA professionals, to work in the United States in a pre-arranged business activity for a U.S. or foreign company.

J1 Visa, Cultural Exchange: Exchange visitor visas (J-1) are nonimmigrant visas for individuals who have been approved to participate in exchange visitor programs in the United States. The multi-faceted programs allow foreign nationals to come to the U.S. to teach, study, conduct research, demonstrate special skills, or receive on-the-job training for periods ranging from a few weeks to several years.

F1 Visa, Student Visa: In general, any visa applicant coming to the United States to attend an approved course of study requires a Student visa.
